Abstract

Physical theaters adopted a different theatrical style from the other traditional theatres. Which produced different and more modern performance methods based primarily on employing motor improvisation with the aim of creating a performance style based on free association with the body. We find, for example, the Australian theater group Zen Zen Zo, which adopted the physical element as a basic basis for raising local and global issues.
The philosophy of the Zen Zen Zo group is based on transcending local culture and taking into account various other cultures with the aim of creating multicultural theater that contributes to the demolition of centralization and Western imperialism by integrating many international styles into one crucible for the purpose of producing theater that expresses humanity in general.
