Abstract

Human capital development has become an urgent issue to enhance human capabilities and competencies through continuous education and training. technical education plays an important role in developing its employees and preparing them for the future. development efforts in education have focused on several areas including; dual education and partnership with the private sector, that is strengthening the skills, and reducing the gap between graduate specifications and labor market requirements. the study aimed to define the role of technical education in enhancing human capital and labor market through the project of permanent capital for education and production applied in several technical schools in Alexandria Governorate as a model, thus technical education (specifically the capital project) is a fundamental variable, the strengthening of human capital and the labor market are dependent variables. It based on anthropological field work, using direct observation and In-depth interviews; Individual and group. the analysis based on human capital and social capital theory. It concluded several results discussed in the following:

-the socio-cultural dimensions of the project.
-the project's influence on human capital and the labor market
-the future of the project.
