Abstract

The research aims to: reveal the relationship between methods of coping with stress and the feeling of psychological security among the Libyan female expatriates in Egypt.Research methodology: The research relied on the descriptive approach to verify the objectives of the descriptive study represented in the relationship between methods of coping with stress and the psychological security.
The research sample consisted of: a descriptive group of (140) Libyan female expatriates in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The research tools:The scale of methods for coping with stress among the Libyan female expatriates in the Arab Republic of Egypt (prepared by the researcher).The scale of feeling of psychological security among the Libyan female expatriates in the Arab Republic of Egypt (prepared by the researcher).
Some of the results of the research: there is statistically significant positive relationship between methods of coping with stress (problem solving - escaping and avoiding - focusing on emotions - seeking help and support - resorting to Allah) and all components of psychological security (reassurance - social and psychological stability - free of fear - satisfaction and contentment).
