Abstract

     The issue of human freedom is one of the issues that has occupied the minds of philosophers since ancient time. Freedom leads us to choice and responsibility. The word freedom has taken on many meanings in the history of human thought                                                                                                .                                                                                                       
 And we're interested here – in particular – The position of Christian thinker on this issue , as the issue of human freedom is one of the most important topic that Christian thinker have taken care of in the medieval period . One of the most prominent treatments that addressed the issue of human freedom is the treatment of Saint Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, both of which came in a different historical .
This research (The Concept of Sin and its relationship to freedom of divine will and human will) aims to search for an answer to these questions, what is the definition of sin? , What is the relationship of divine grace with the freedom of human will? , What is the relationship of divine election to the freedom of human will? , What is the relationship of divine will to human will?
