The least effort phenomenon in the Arabic language

Abstract

The research showed the least effort phenomenon in the Arabic language in relation to the meaning, and whether its application in the Arabic language affected the Arabic lesson, that is through an applied study on selected models of the Quran verses, Hadith, Arabic linguistic heritage, poetry and prose.The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, the research has indicated several results, including: the principle of brevity or what we can call the (the least effort phenomenon) known to the Arabs since ancient times, expressing words in the least words and structures comfort the speaker and recipient, and release muscle and Mental, Arabic language has the advantage of abbreviation and brevity versus other languages such as English.
