In this research, we can see to what extent Jabri sought to develop an innovative project of Islamic law, which is to renew in the five agreed purposes of the Sharia, adding goals that are in line with the developments of the times, the projection of legitimate borders, and believes that the current political issues first of the issue of the veil and borders and others. This research has shown the extent of addressing the views of al-Jabri perverted jurisprudence constructive criticism based on the book and the year, and the statements of the public scholars of Sharia.
