This is a summary of a research entitled (Statistics in the Holy Quran: An
objective study). Submitted by the researcher: Omar Abdel Aziz Mohamed Bourini,
co-professor of interpretation and Koran sciences at the University of Taiba.
This study is divided into two sections, along with the introduction and the
conclusion. The first topic came with the title: (Statistics and its uses in the Holy
Quran). It is in two requirements: the first requirement: the meaning of the census
language and terminology. The second demand: the census in the use of the Koran.
The second topic was the statement (types of statistics in the Holy Quran). It is in two
requirements: First requirement: Statistics in the right of God Almighty. It is three
types: First: Statistics in the sense of science and briefing. Second: The statistics in
the preserved table. Third: Statistics in the Book of Business. The second
requirement: the census of the right of people. It is three types: First: a census is
required. Secondly: A census is forbidden. Thirdly: a census.
The purpose of this study is to explain the meaning of the census in terms of
language, terminology and use of the Qur'an. And the types of statistics in the Holy
Quran. And the objective study of the verses that spoke about the statistics in the
Holy Quran.
The study is based on the inductive deductive method, through tracking theverses that spoke about the statistics in the Holy Quran, and the development of its
meanings and types, and studied objectively.
The study concluded with a series of results, the most prominent of which are:
The use of statistics in the Holy Quran comes in four meanings: one is conservation
and control. Second: Writing. Third: Inventory and briefing. Fourth: energy and
capacity. And that the census divided in terms of subject matter and related to the
Koran to two types: one related to the right of God, and the second is related to the
right of people. Each type of census has its own rule, which varies according to the
Qur'anic context.
The study came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of
