By simply examining the type of narrative reading prevalent in the literary arena, as well as the type of literary narrative production, we clearly notice the dominance of the historical novel and its influence on both the creator and the reader. Day after day, the creator tends to write a novel based on history, choosing a certain time period. The writer may choose an era in which others preceded him, but it is still rich in connotations, such as the period of the fall of Andalusia. The writer may choose a historical era that no one has relied on in the novelistic work to be the first to do so, and with both, the reader tends to devour what has been written. This dominance calls for multiple questions, the first of which is the context and motives for production, as well as reception. What prompted the writer to choose this type of novel And what prompted readers to rush to it with great enthusiasm. This is most evident in some of the best-selling and most-read book lists, and in reading groups on social media pages, where we usually find historical novels dominating the scene. Then comes the other, more important question: How did the writer of the historical novel interact with the historical informational material on which he relied What strategies did the writer follow to transform this difficult-to-digest material, which is characterized by its limited audience, into an easy-to-digest material that links the past with the present .
