This study aimed to examine the role of crimes committed by foreign nationals in Kuwaiti society in influencing social security and the mechanisms to mitigate their impact. To achieve this objective, the study employed a descriptive methodology and utilized a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The sample consisted of 162 faculty members distributed according to the variables of gender (male/female), college (Saad Al-Abdullah Security Academy, Social Sciences, Arts), and academic rank (professor, associate professor, assistant professor). The findings indicated that the impact of crimes committed by foreign nationals on social security was perceived as high. The study participants also showed a high level of agreement with the proposed mechanisms to mitigate this impact. Furthermore, the results revealed no statistically significant differences in responses based on gender. However, statistically significant differences were found based on the college variable, favoring Saad Al-Abdullah Security Academy, and the academic rank variable, favoring professors compared to associate professors and assistant professors.
