The most important study is to reveal the genealogy of Niklas Luhmann’s social systems theory , tracing the intellectual roots to the structural repercussions, and thus the study is based on the descriptive analytical method by monitoring the description of the themes themselves, which include: the social and ideological context that activates the thought of Niklas Luhmann, and the general features. For the theory of social systems, as well as the extent of its reflections in the theoretical approach to the different aspects of society, and the diversity of viewpoints from the entire inductive computer approach, it was applied to an archive of Nicholas Luhmann’s works, and the sample improved to about 27 books, part of Luhmann’s books, confirming other writings about him, The study yielded several results, including the following: Luhmann’s sociology was influenced by an ideological context that led to his intellectual refinement. Examples of these included scientists in sociology and other fields, such as biologists, especially in the concept of self-generation. He was also influenced by the prevailing political climate at the time, which confirmed On the same concept, some philosophers had an ideological influence on Luhmann, such as: Hegel and Husserl. He was influenced by Hegel in ideal philosophy, which was imprinted on him in setting an ideal model for social systems. As for Husserl, he was influenced by him in his concept of consciousness, as a renewed subjective process that is compatible with Luhmann's theory of self-generation. Luhmann's sociology dealt with presenting a variety of treatments that included different sub-systems: such as law, health, media, and education, which make us monitor the extent of his ambition to present an almost integrated vision of social systems, and the qualitative systems it includes in a dynamic context.
