Climate and human comfort in the Gulf of Sirte, Libya

Abstract

The climate is one of the factors that have a direct and important effect on 
human ,which affect its behavior and efficiency of its activities, the 
human being, despite its progress and the technological development it 
has achieved, is still in working conditions in open environments, subject 
to the influence of the climate significantly,The research seeks to identify 
the limits of climatic comfort in the Sirte Bay differences.
1. Health, especially in relation to diseases associated with high air 
temperature
2 - Tourism through the identification of places and times of climatic rest, 
and the length of this period, depending on the type of activities 
appropriate and the feasibility of investment in it or not.
3. Construction and selection of appropriate times for project 
implementation.
By studying the heat balance and the water balance of the human 
body
, The thermometers of Olivier and Thom, and the wind-cooling specimen 
of Sipel and Passel, under the climatic conditions of the region.
