The Level of psychological Empowerment among A sample of health care workers and its Relationship to both psychological flourishing, and spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

The study devoted to explore The level of psychological Empowerment among A sample of health care workers and its Relationship to both psychological flourishing, and  spiritual intelligence, and to explore differences in the previous variables According to gender (males, females) and According to the number of years of experience (less than 10 years), (from10 – 20 years), (from 21 years and over). The Sample of the study Consisted of (200) Male and Female nurses working in the health care. With mean age (38.43) years and standard deviation of (11.17). Were Applied Three Scales: the psychological Empowerment Scale was prepared by Khashaba and Al- Badawi (2018), and the psychological flourishing scale was prepared by Shaaban (2020), and the integrated spiritual intelligence was prepared by Amram & Dryer (2007) and arabized him Ismael (2013). Results: Revealed that the study found that the sample members had moderatepsychological Empowerment, in addition to the presence of positive and statistically significant correlation between psychological Empowerment, psychological flourishing, and spiritual intelligence. There arestatistically significant differences According to gender in all sub- variables of psychological Empowerment except for the influence variable, and the difference was in favor of males. There are no statistically significant differences According to gender in sub- variables of psychological flourishing except for the personal variable and the differences was in favor of males. There were also statistically significant differences in all sub-variables of spiritual intelligence in favor of females. In addition to there were statistically significant differences According to (years of experience) on all three variables in favor of (21 years and over).
