Abstract

The research aims to present a realistic, forward-looking vision about the reality of Arab culture and its relationship to political globalization, by  reading the thoughts of two of the most prominent contemporary thinkers: the first is the Moroccan thinker “Mahdi Al-Manjara” and the second is the Egyptian thinker “Mustafa Al-Nashar,” about the state of Arab and Islamic culture, and how far the Arab intellectual is suffering from this  crisis, which is Subordination to Western culture, under the influence of the dominant culture - the brutal culture of globalization that seeks to conquer the cultures of the people of the world, and which has been reduced to American culture - as our thinkers denounced the refusal to submit to the values of democracy and subordination,...etc. They developed mechanisms to determine the causes of the Arab cultural crisis and its paths, and how to get out of it through successful practical solutions through the two principles: confrontation and conservatism. The critical analytical approach was used to analyze the vision of these two thinkers towards the crisis and then trying to criticize it whenever necessary.
