Abstract

It can be formulated in a main question: If there is unemployment among Kuwaiti University graduates with the possibility of a rise in these rates, at a time when there are job opportunities in the State of Kuwait that attract numbers Of the expatriates, they represent many times the number of job seekers from among the citizens • So, what is the role of the social and cultural factors associated with the growth of the phenomenon of unemployment? • And what could result from the growth of unemployment rates of social and cultural effects. ?
