Abstract

    The study adopts the main goal of revealing the girls' tendency towards unequal marriage to escape spinsterhood. The social survey method was used using the simple random sample method, and the case study method. The study was analyzed in the light of the theory of homogeneity. The field study also used a scale to identify the girls' attitude towards marriage. Unequal escape from spinsterhood among the study sample, and an interview guide for focus groups discussion, and the study sample consisted of 582 female students of the College of Human Studies, and 8 groups of focus discussion groups, and each group consisted of 6 individuals from university graduates from previous years, who exceeded the age of thirty.
 
    The study found results, the most important of which is the presence of a discrepancy in the arithmetic averages for the degree of approval of the sub-axes of girls’ attitude towards unequal marriage to escape spinsterhood, where the axis of girls’ cultural attitudes about unequal marriage to escape spinsterhood ranked first with an opposition degree with an arithmetic average of (1.99), followed by The axis of social attitudes of girls about unequal marriage to escape from spinsterhood ranked second with a degree of opposition with an arithmetic mean of (1.96), followed by the axis of economic attitudes of girls about unequal marriage to escape from spinsterhood in the third rank with a degree of opposition with an arithmetic mean of (1.89), and comes in the last rank axis Religious attitudes of girls about unequal marriage to escape spinsterhood with a strongly opposed degree, with an arithmetic mean (1.6).
