Abstract

Summary
Prophetic praise is one of the most sincere and sincere types of praise, as it is a way for poets to draw closer to the Messenger ﷺ to gain acceptance and intercession to survive in this world from the harm and sins that surround them, and also in the Hereafter from the terror of a great day.
In his Diwan, Al-Hamidi followed the path of the poets who preceded him in praise of the Prophet, and the image of the Greatest Prophet was manifested in this Diwan in various axes, the most prominent of which is this research.
The research presented the definition of the owner of the Diwan, as well as the definition of the Diwan itself, then turned to an explanation of what the Diwan presented of authentic prophetic praise in terms of the moral image of the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, from multiple qualities such as generosity, mercy, humility, compassion, modesty, forbearance, forgiveness, and forgiveness. The chastity of the tongue, the perfection of attributes and descriptions, and countless other attributes.
