This research deals with the issue of the ordeal in its general sense, which includes affliction and loss and all that gives the poet the feelings of the other, in the Autumn collection of the well-known academic poet Ahmed Heikal, and the ordeal varied in this divan, and it ranged from the self to a gradual celebration of imagination and creativity. The first of these poems, then the political ordeal, then the social ordeal, then the topics of the poem were searched, then the poems identified the research, then after that I included the types of tribulations and their motives, then I dealt with the title and presentation of the messages in the title of the diwan, as well as the texts that included types The ordeal, and then dealt with the artistic and aesthetic expression of the ordeal. It started with affliction, then diagnosis, then personification, and finally emotional interrogation.
