Politeness in the Dialect of the Kharga City: A Pragmatic Reading

Abstract

The term (politeness) in modern linguistics is concerned with the method used by the owners of the language to protect the face of the recipient - if the expression is correct. This term is close to what is known as (the theory of politeness) when (Brown and Levinson also went to 1987 AD) Ting) 1985 CE from a theory known as (negotiation of the face), through which it aims to preserve the mental image of the desired self, and what the individual wants to present to others. Moreover, because interactive linguistic systems are based largely on general principles, but their application varies according to the difference and diversity of cultures Therefore, this research paper deals with some of the terminology that was developed under the impulse of (moderation) in order to be polite and polite. Based on the fact that (contemplation) is a linguistic means that enables us to state what is considered forbidden to be mentioned in the linguistic community in other words to express what is prohibited to use.
