Risk is the main feature of post-modernization era in which we live. At the beginning of 2020, Covid-19 virus has spread all over the world .Thus, many countries has applied the preventive and precautious procedures such as personal clean, home isolation, cleaning streets and setting a curfew .The aim of the current paper is to identify the degree of knowledge and the level of practice toward the Covid-19 crisis in the Egyptian family at one community.]The social survey method was used, and a questionnaire was applied on a sample of citizens whose number reached (435) in Asyut Governorate. The findings have revealed that families in Egypt are always aware of Covid-19 news, especially at the local level. Also, it was revealed that television and Internetare the main sources of knowledge about the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, the impact of the economic and educational levelson the degree and level of knowledge and practice toward Coronavirus "Covid -19" exists.
