This study deals with the problem of reproducing some Quranic evidences and their intercalation in other than their rhetorical chapter. Especially in the topic of metonymy without scrutiny or checking the general context in which it was, so we see - for example - who decides a rhetorical rule, then the book of martyrdom will be prolonged with him, so that what is true and what is not valid will be entered under it and some of them do not cost himself the advantage of scrutiny and consideration of the authenticity of the witness or not, so he originally made him to cite it and called to rely on him The reason for limiting it to metonymy is that it is one of the arts that carried what it can’t afford motivated by hyperbole in metaphor. The reasons for the inclusion of the Quranic evidences out of their chapter by analyzing the opinions of the rhetoric and the study concluded that it lies in turning a blind eye to the role of the hadiths in the authenticity of the Quranic interpretation, the rhetorical adaptation of belief, the excessive conception of the apparently, the judgment of the stranger mostly and the unknown to the known. This study is a form of re-reading the rhetorical evidence in the light of the overall vision of the text, the circumstances surrounding it and social events and what was decided by constructive rules in the rhetorical heritage.
