بريطانيا والثورة الإسلامية في إيران 1979

الملخص
يهدف البحث إلي تسليط الضوء علي الموقف البريطاني من الثورة الاسلامية عام 1979 ، إذ تبين أن الحکومة البريطانية کانت تحاول منع انهيار النظام الملکي في إيران ، الامر الذي دفعها الي عدم تأييد الثورة الاسلامية ، کان موقفها هذا بدافع الحفاظ علي مصالحها في المنطقة من جهة ومنع التوسع السوفيتي من جهة أخري ، الا أن مخططات البريطانيين لم يکتب لها النجاح ، إذ استطاعت الثورة تحقيق اهدافها وتشکيل حکومة إسلامية في إيران عام 1979، ومع ذلک حاول البريطانيون تحسين علاقاتهم مع النظام الجديد في إيران .
Abstract
       The Research aims to clarifying the British position on The Iranian Revolution in 1979 , It turns out that the British government was trying to prevent the collapse of the monarchy in Iran ,which prompted it not to support the Iranians Revolution ,This position was motivated by the preservation of its interests in the region on the one hand and the prevention of soviet expansion on the other hand ,however the British Plans did not succeed The revolution was able to Achieve its objectives and the formation of an Islamic government in Iran in 1979,However The British tried to Improve their relations With the New regime in Iran , but their Previous Policy towards the Latter prevented this from happening
