الأسرة ومشکلة الإعاقة

يتناول موضوع البحث "الأسرة ومشکلة الإعاقة" باعتبار أن الأسرة تعد أهم النظم الاجتماعية التي تقوم بإنجاب الفرد وتعمل على رعايته منذ ولادته وحتى وفاته، وخاصة إن کان هذا الفرد من ذوي الإعاقة، فإن الأسرة تتحمل دورًا مرهق للغاية وعلى الرغم من عبء هذا الدول التي تتحمله الأسرة إلا أن العديد من الأبحاث والدراسات اتجهت للترکيز على الفرد ذي الإعاقة متجاهلة الأسرة، لذلک نسعى في هذا البحث إلى الترکيز على دور الأسرة تجاه أبنائها المعاقين من خلال تحليلنا لمجموعة من العناصر وهي:
أولاً- معاناة الرعاية للابن المعاق.
ثانياً- دور الأسرة نحو الابن المعاق: وتتحدد في مجموعة من الأدوار:
1-     الوظائف الخاصة بإشباع الحاجات النفسية والعاطفية للأبناء المعاقين.
2-     الوظائف الخاصة بالرعاية الصحية للأطفال المعاقين.
3-     الوظائف الخاصة بإشباع الناحية الاجتماعية للمعاق.
ثالثاً- الدعم المجتمعي لأسر المعاقين من خلال:
1-     حاجة أسر المعاقين للدعم المادي المناسب.
2-     حاجة أسر المعاقين للخدمات الطبية.
3-     حاجة أسر المعاقين للخدمات التعليمية.
4-     خدمات التثقيف الصحي للأسرة.
5-     حاجة أسر المعاقين للخدمات التأهيلية والتوظيفية للابن المعاق.
6-     حاجة أسر المعاقين لتوفير الرعاية للابن المعاق بعد وفاة الوالدين.
رابعًا- مشکلات أسر المعاقين:
1-     المشکلات الاقتصادية للإعاقة.
2-     المشکلات  الاجتماعية لأسر الأطفال المعاقين.
3-     المشکلات الطبية لأسر المعاقين.
4-     المشکلات النفسية للإعاقة.
5-     المشکلات السلوکية للابن المعاق.
6-     مشکلات متعلقة بقلق الأسرة على مستقبل المعاق.

Brief of the research in English:
The research discusses the idea of "Family and the disability", considering that the family is one of the most important social systems that hold the responsibility of taking care of the child from birth to death, in particular if the child is disabled. Although the family affords an exhausting role, many researches and studies concentrated on the disabled person rather than the family, so we are seeking in this research to concentrate on the family's role towards the disabled through a group of elements as follow:-
First: Difficulty of taking care of the disabled.
Second: The family role towards the disabled son, it includes a group of roles as follow:

Roles on the psychological and emotional needs satisfaction of the disabled.
Roles on health care if the disabled.
Roles on social satisfaction of the disabled.

Third: Social support for the disabled families through:

The disabled families need of financial support.
The disabled families need of medical service.
The disabled families need of educational services.
The disabled families need of the health education services.
The disabled families need of the qualification and employment services to their children.
The disabled families need of providing care to the child after the death of the parents.

Fourth: the disabled families problems:

Economical problems of the disability.
Social problems of the disabled families.
Medical problem of the disabled families.
Psychological problems of the disability.
Behavior problems of the disabled person.
Problems on family's concern about the disabled child's future.
