التعليل وأدواته وعلاقته بمقاصد الشريعة الإمام الآلوسي أنموذجاً

يعد تعليل أفعال الله وأحکام الشريعة سمة بارزة ومهمة في هذه الشريعة، لذا استطاع الآلوسي في إثبات هذه المسألة بکونها سمة أساسية في تعليل کثير من أفعال الله سبحانه وتعالى وأحکام الشريعة، على عکس البعض الذي يرى عدم تعليلها مطلقاً.
ويعد الآلوسي من علماء السنة الذين کان لهم الموقف القاطع والمُشرف في رد جميع محاولات هدم هذه المسألة التي هي أحد الأرکان التي يقوم عليها کيان الشريعة، فکان دفاعه فيها قد تناوله من خلال من جوانب متعددة، من ناحية الکتاب والسنة الصحيحة واللغة، وکذلک من ناحية الفلسفة وعلم الکلام، وهذين الأخيرين تطرق لهما بسبب استخدامهما من قِبل من أراد نقض التعليل لأحکام الشريعة من خلال لهما.
وقد توقف عند قضايا مهمة في مسألة التعليل لأحکام الشريعة، من نحو تفريقه في قضية التعليل بين العلة والعلة الغائية، کذلک من نحو: تطرقه لبعض أنواع أو أشکال التعليل، والتي تعد مهمة وواضحة بما جاءت به الشريعة، من نحو: السبب، وسد الذرائع، والتعليل بالحکمة، ومن نحو تجسد التعليل في الآيات الکريمة عنده في عدة أدوات استخدمها النص القرآني، فما إن تجد هذه الأدوات تجد العلة حولها واضحة جلية.
 
The explanation of God's actions and the law of Shari'a is a prominent and important feature in this law . Al-Alosi was able to prove this matter as a key feature in the explanation of many of God's action and the law of  Shariah, unlike some who see not (or forbid)  to explain God's actions
Alusi is a Sunni scholar who had a decisive and honorable position in responding to all attempts to destroy this issue, which is one of the pillars of Shari'a , He defended it from many angles , one angle is the Quran and the Sunna, the other angle is in terms of philosophy and theology and he addressed  these two because those who wanted to undermine the explanation of the provisions of the Sharia used the same methods .
He has stopped on important issues in the explanation of the provisions of the Shariah, in terms of dispersion in the case of reasoning between the bug and the teleological problem  , As well as addressing some types or forms of explanation , which considered important and obvious ,from the aspects of : the reason ,filling the excuses ,explaining by the wisdom and the reflection of explanation in the holy verses in several tools used by the holy Quran, once you find these tools you will find the bug around it very clear.
