نشـــأة النقـل الجــوي وتطـوره في شرق ليبيا دراسة في جغرافية النقل

تتلخص دراسة هذا البحث في الآتي:
1-إن جميع المطارات والمهابط في شرق ليبيا أسست لإراض عسکرية وقتالية من قبل دول استعمارية من اجل خدمة مصالحها في المنطقة ولن تساهم يوما في التنمية الاقتصادية أو المکانية للبلاد.
2-صناعة النقل الجوي في شرق ليبيا شبة معدومة في ظل الظروف الصعبة التي تعاني منها البلاد في الوقت الراهن.
3-ساهمت الصراعات والنزاعات الدولية والإقليمية في مراحل معينة لفرض سياسيات محلية ودولية معينة في إدارة وتشغيل صناعة النقل الجوى في ليبيا فترة من الزمن انعکست بدورها سلبا على أداء هذا القطاع حتى وصل الأمر إلى خروج العديد من المطارات والمهابط عن الخدمة وقفلها نهائيا.
4-حاولت الحکومة الليبية في مطلع الألفية الثانية أن تولى اهتمام کبير بصناعة النقل وذلک من خلال إبرام العقود والمشاريع مع مختلف الشرکات العالمية في مجال الطيران إلا أنها باءت بالفشل بعد اندلاع الموجهات والنزاعات المسلحة في مختلف أنحاء البلاد بعد سقوط النظام عام 2011م.      


Abstract
 
The study of this research is as follows:
 

That all airports and ports in Eastern Libya were established for military and combat purposes by colonial countries in order to serve their interests in the region and they will not contribute to the economic or spatial development of the country.

 

The air transport industry in Eastern Libya is virtually non-existent under the difficult conditions currently afflicting the country.

 

International and regional conflicts have contributed to the imposition of certain domestic and international policies in the management and operation of the air transport industry in Libya for a period of time, which has negatively impacted the performance of this sector until it reached the exit of many airports and airfields from service and lock them permanently.

 

At the dawn of the second millennium, the Libyan government tried to pay great attention to the transport industry through the conclusion of contracts and projects with various global companies in the field of aviation, but failed after the outbreak of armed clashes and conflicts in various parts of the country after the fall of the regime in 2011.
