استخدام المکفوفين لوسائل الإعلام ومدى الإشباعات المتحققة دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المکفوفين في مدينة الرياض

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع حيوي لشريحة مهمة في المجتمع السعودي وهو: (استخدامات المکفوفين لوسائل الإعلام ومدى الإشباعات المتحققة )، وذلک بهدف الإجابة عن عدة تساؤلات رغبة في التوصل إلى نتائج جديرة بالثقة يمکن الاطمئنان إليها. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى فهم واقع تعامل المکفوفين مع وسائل الإعلام، ومحاولة التعرف على الوسائل الملائمة لهم، والأساليب التي يلجئون إليها لمتابعتها، وکذلک الوسائل والمواد الأکثر ملاءمة لهم من غيرها. کما هدفت إلى التعرف على احتياجات المکفوفين من وسائل الإعلام، والاشباعات التي حققتها لهم، وأفضل السبل الإعلامية لإشباع احتياجاتهم منها، وکذلک طبيعة استخدام کل من الجنسين - ضمن هذه الفئة - لوسائل الإعلام. قسمت الباحثة الدراسة إلى ستة فصول، فعلى الجانجما النظري تضمن المبحث الأول: المکفوفين والإعاقة البصرية؛ خمسة مباحث هي على التوالي: المکفوفون والإعاقة البصرية، وذلک من خلال مطلبين - الأول: ماهية الإعاقة البصرية، بينما تناول المطلب الثاني: إحصائيات عن المکفوفين في المملکة العربية السعودية. بينما تضمن المبحث الثاني؛ فقد تناول بلدراسة المکفوفين والإعلام حيث تعرض لدور الإعلام في حياة المکفوفين، أما المبحث الثالث من الدراسة فقد تناول مفهوم نظرية الاستخدامات والإشباعات.
وعلى الجانب التطبيقى فقد قسمته الباحثة إلى أربعة مطالب:
- المطلب الأول: عن عينة الدراسة.
- والثاني: حول أدوات هذه الدراسة والمتمثلة في الاستبانة ومراحل إعدادها، وتسجيل بياناتها عن طريق المقابلة الشخصية المقننة.
- والثالث حول الإجراءات التي تم إتباعها من أجل التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة.
واختتمت الدراسة بالمطلب الرابع، عن أساليب التقنية الحديثة لوسائل الإعلام لإشباع رغبات المکفوفين واحتياجاتهم.
ثم اختتمت الدراسة بطائفة من النتائج والتوصيات، ثم المراجع التي انتهت بها استعانت بها الباحثة في الدراسة.
 
 
Abstract
This study has tackled a vital subject concerning an important category in the Saudi Community, namely: "The Blind use of mass media and the extent of the fulfilled satisfactions" for reaching a reply to several enquiries for concluding trust worthy reliable results This study aimed at understanding the reality of how the blind deal with the mass media, and attempting to identifying the most appropriate means for than, and the approaches they adopt to follow them up as well as the techniques and materials more appropriate to them than others. This study also aimed at identifying the blind needs of the mass media , the fulfillments they give them and the best informatics means for fulfilling their needs and the usage nature of both sexes - within this category of the.mass media The researcher divided the study into Six chapters from the theoretical point of view
The first topic: Blindness and visual impairment; five investigations are: Blind and visual disability, through two requirements: First: visual disability, while the second requirement: Statistics on the blind in Saudi Arabia. While the second subject included: The study of the blind and the media, where he was exposed to the role of media in the life of the blind, and the third topic of the study dealt with the concept of the theory of uses and saturation.
On the practical side, the researcher divided it into four demands:
The first requirement: for the study sample
Second: the study tool represented in the questionnaire, and its preparation stages, data recording through standardized interview
And the third on the procedures that were followed in order to verify the validity and stability of the tool.
The study concluded with the fourth requirement, on the methods of modern technology for the media to satisfy the wishes and needs of the blind.
Then the study concluded with a range of conclusions and recommendations, and then the references ended by the researcher used in the study.
