ملخص البحث يتناول هذا البحث الأوضاع فى سيناء خلال حرب فلسطين عام 1948م ، والتى تعد من الحروب المهمة فى تاريخ مصر الحديث والمعاصر . حيث يبدأ هذا البحث بدراسة لأسباب قيام حرب فلسطين , ثم المعارک العسکرية التى وقعت فى أرض سيناء ودور بدو سيناء خلالها . بالإضافة إلى إلقاء الضوء على المشاريع الأمريکية لتوطين اللاجئين الفلسطينين فى سيناء ، و موقف الحکومة المصرية منها . ثم يتناول البحث نهاية الأطماع البريطانية لعزل سيناء قبل الجلاء عن مصر وتصدى الحکومة المصرية لتلک المحاولات . وأخيرًا ينتهي هذا البحث بخاتمة لأهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة . Abstract This research deals with the situation in Sinai during the Palestine War of 1948, which is considered one of the most important wars in the modern history of Egypt. This study begins with a study of the causes of the Palestine War, then the military battles that took place in the Sinai and the role of Sinai Bedouins, highlighting the American projects to settle the Palestinian refugees in Sinai and the situation of the Egyptian government. Then the research deals with the end of the British ambitions to isolate Sinai before the evacuation from Egypt and the Egyptian government responded to these attempts and finally this research ends with a conclusion of the most important findings of the study.
