During the era of President Sadat and President Gaddafi, Egyptian-Libyan relations witnessed serious tension that led to the outbreak of military skirmishes between those regarding the term “four-day war” from 21-24 July 1977, and this war has become at a very precise time in the history of the Arab region After Egypt emerged victorious from the October 1973 war, and at a time when President Sadat was working, he was ready to unite the Arab ranks and lead them to reach peace with Israel and recover the usurped Arab lands. This research answers important questions about what is the "four-day war" between Egypt and Libya? What are the causes and causes of changes to its outbreak? What are the Arab and international reactions towards it? The repercussions of this lightning war on the inter-Arab relations and on the Egyptian-Libyan relations in the long run? Can it be repeated in one way or another? The research thus sheds light on a critical period in the history of Egyptian-Libyan relations that has not received its share of historical research and study, perhaps because its details have been vague for a long period of time, and this research is a serious historical documentary study of this crisis in an attempt to evacuate the truth from it in an impartial and objective manner.

The infant mortality rate is considered one of the important indicators indicating the health status of the population, and the study seeks to monitor the reality of infant mortality in the Nile Basin countries, the distribution of death rates in the Nile Basin countries, the most important economic and social factors affecting infant mortality, and the identification of the most favored countries, while suggesting recommendations That helps reduce infant mortality rates. The importance of the study stems from what infant mortality represents in terms of a reflection of many of the prevailing social and economic patterns in any society, in addition to the lack of studies in general on the issue of infant mortality, especially in Nile Basin countries. The study followed the historical approach, the regional approach, in addition to the descriptive and analytical method, and the cartographic method by using the Geographical Information Systems (G.I.S.) program, in addition to several statistical methods. The study found a multiplicity of factors affecting infant mortality, as well as the apparent spatial variation in the distribution of rates, and the study came out with several recommendations for each country of the basin.

In the absence of actual measurements of the soil erosion processes, this study deals with the estimation of erosion by applying the Gavrilović 'EPM' model, based on the average yearly of rainfall, the temperature coefficient, and the values of the reference tables for the soil cover coefficient (Xai), the soil resistance coefficient (Yi) and the and the coefficient of the extent (Ø). The mean slope of the watershed (Ii) , and the perimeter of the basin (O), difference between the mean and the outlet elevations (D) and the basin length (L) can be computed by the outputs the DEM digital elevation model analysis.
The Shapiro-Wilk statistical test showed the normality of the annual erosion total (Wg), the actual sediment yield (solid transport, Gg) and the average annual specific production of sediments (Wsp < /sub>) in the total drainage area of wadi Wuthaylan equivalent to 663 km2. Also, this statistical test revealed the distribution conformity of the soil erosion and the rainfall distribution.
The results of the statistical tests of Levene test, Hartley's Fmax-ratio t-student of the variances of rainfall, soil erosion and their increasing trends are not significant during the two periods (1975-1996) and (1997-2018).
