Abstract:
Umayyad rule period is considered one of the most prosperous periods of Andalusian history. In spite of this, the state established by Prince Abdul Rahman bin Muawiyah al-Dakhil, who was a political refugee, was also not free from cases of political asylum, whether from the princes of the ruling family or from their followers or even from the clergy and scholars, where each one of them had different reasons for asylum. In general, Andalusia witnessed a number of cases of political asylum in its different eras, we devoted this study to Umayyad era, given that it is the golden age of Muslims in Andalusia, we reviewed in this research the features of the most important cases of asylum in Andalusia during this era, and we did not address all cases of asylum, we only examined asylum cases that we believed had affected political life in Andalusia.

Abstract:
Egypt unique geographic location has had a so significant impact on it that it has occupied a great place in the international trade routes. Egypt's land and sea routes have contributed to it having been a passageway for commercial and religious convoys. It also made it a point of civilizational and cultural communication between the countries of the East and the West. In this study, we will try to highlight how the Egyptian routes contributed to transporting Muslim pilgrims from Egypt, the countries of the Maghreb and the African continent to Mecca and Medina to perform the hajj and Umrah, indicating the leading role which the Egyptian market contributed to supporting and sustaining the Hijaz country in times of hardship and economic crises.
Pilgrims and traders used to travel from Egypt to Hijaz using several means and tools of transportation which were made especially for providing safety and comfort to pilgrims and they reduced the travel hardship. These means varied depending on the routes used for travelling. They used animals to travel by road and Nile ships and boats to travel by sea.
The Muslim rulers and caliphs had interest in and care about those routes. They worked on providing various services to them, such as fresh water sources, markets, rest houses, lighting means, and shipbuilding. They tried to overcome all obstacles facing travelers, such as floods and the impact of their falling on religious places during the pilgrims' performance of rituals. In addition, they repelled the continuous Arab tribes' attacks on trade and pilgrim convoys and their refusal to participate in securing roads and defending travelers.

Abstract:
There is many different Opinions about the ancient Egyptian filiation and how should it be described. As to gods' filiation the opinions got mixed up due to the difference of their looks from one period to the next, places of worship and the existence of those Gods Opinion also differed on Humans' filiation as a reason for polygamy, therefore the infants were referred to their mother’s, in addition to the illegal relationships. The sterility was also one of those reasons for turning to adoption, which did not only confine to the common people, but also covered the royal families for political reasons.

Abstract:
In the second Abbasid era, the country of Iraq, "the era of the influence of the Turks" 232-334 AH / 747-954 CE, was subjected to many strife and internal wars due to the control of the Turkish leaders on the territories that were under their hands, In addition to provoking sedition and internal wars, this has had an impact on the decrease in state income, And the aggravation of the economic crises experienced by the country, All of these things led to the state resorting to feudalism to satisfy powerful military leaders And those with strong influence, And soon they evaded paying taxes imposed on the land, so they depriving the state of a tax resource whose money was destined for land reform, and this led to the failure of the caliphate to control most of the state’s provinces except the capital of the caliphate, and this caused the depression of agricultural production.

Abstract:
The city of Shubra Al-Khaimah includes 19 slums with an area of 180.38 acres, the population of 784,273 people, and the number of units reached 163,390 units. The informal areas of the city are divided into 5 districts in west district, with a total area of approximately 884 acres, while the random districts of east district number 14, with a total area of approximately 926 acres. Northern and eastern directions (currently open to growth), there are no obstacles to the growth of these slums, due to the availability of areas of neighboring agricultural lands and the lack of control over the properties and construction in these areas. There are three methods for dealing with and limiting slums, the most important of which is the development of popular participation, which requires spreading awareness first among the population according to their role to be played to make the best use of them.

Abstract:
The area of urban or built-up area is the area used in construction, not agricultural. This area occupies a spatial space that varies from one urban center to another and from time to time. It was possible through the study of maps and satellite images in 1986, 1996, 2006, and 2016. The urban area was 471.7 km2 (112,309.52 feddans) in 2016, up from 161.3 km2 (38404.76 feddans), an increase of 471.7 km 2 (112309.52 feddans) in 2016. 310.4 km 2, and an average increase of 10.34 km 2 years The center of Al-Ibrahimia was the smallest in the size of the urban increase, which did not exceed the area of 4.8 km2 (1142.85 feddans) on The length of this period.
Urban development is a complex process caused by many environmental, economic, social and political factors combined, and since the geographical study confirms the existence of spatial relations between the phenomena and some of them, this growth did not come from a vacuum, but the result of several geographical and non-geographical factors, In addition to population growth as a major factor in urban growth, there are many other factors, some of which have a direct role in urban growth such as average household size, economic openness and travel abroad, Of indirect, such as changing the economic structure of the population.

Abstract:
The Enlightenment project was a foundation for Western modernity, and one of the most important foundations of modernity was reason, freedom, justice and respect for human dignity and rights, and this is in order to get rid of the injustice that people have been suffering from and from the various forms of control that he knew under the religious and political institutions that It was prevalent in Europe at that time. However, in the midst of the historical development, it became clear that the enlightening project has become far from achieving the principles and human values on which it was based. Modernity is no longer able or qualified to liberate man from the various forms of control that have threatened its existence, especially in the context of totalitarian regimes, where freedom has disappeared, the mind has disappeared, and progress in its human concept has turned into a total decline, and this has led Arendt to criticize modernity and the resulting despotic regimes Specifically, the totalitarian system for the restoration of human humanity, whereby totalitarian regimes managed to transform individuals into animal-human models when they eliminated human pluralism, spontaneity, and effectiveness.

Abstract:
The objective of this paper is to represent how Muslim immigrants in the United States are placed within two different cultures leading them to have confused identity. This is represented through the analysis of the Pakistani American play Disgraced (2012) for Ayad Akhtar (1970- ). The play depicts the journey of the protagonist Amir who struggles to overcome the pressures of the clash between the Eastern and Western cultures through "mimicry" which is manifested through the process of assimilation but actually it results in confused identity because of living in this 'in- between' space. The analysis of this paper depends on the theories of Homi Bhabha which discusses 'mimicry', ' ambivalence' and 'third space' to examine the contradictions inherent in colonial discourse which forces the colonized to have confused identity.
